A50% deposit is required when work begins on the portrait, and the balance is due upon satisfactory completion. If shipping is required, packing, shipping and handling charges will be added to the remaining balance. Deposit is nonrefundable. Any photographs taken, and all copyrights to the photographs will be retained by the client. Copyright to all studies, drawings and paintings is retained by the artist.
